Katy Perry and Russell Brand are thinking of allowing some of their fans the chance to attend their wedding.

The ‘California Gurls’ singer and comedian actor are planning to get wed later this year and apparently think it would be fun to let some of their fans join them on their special day.

An insider told the National Enquirer: “It started out as a joke, but now Katy and Russell love the idea. They want to have a competition so that their true fans will have a shot at winning.”

Although there is no confirmed date for their wedding, it’s thought Perry and Brand are planning to tie-the-knot this October - possibly in India - where they got engaged.

This week it was claimed the couple are thinking of wearing latex outfits when they get married, while Katy wants Rihanna to strip for her at her bachelorette party.
